How to choose your photos

Portrait sketches generally only draw the face to the shoulder. Most pictures can be worked from. However, submission of a clear and detailed photo will produce better results.

What is the processing time

Completion of work depends on the portrait complexity, and my workload at the time. Usually it takes me about 3-4 days to finish a portrait before it be dispatched.

If you wish to receive your portrait at a specific time, please place your order well in advance.

Packing

- Portrait comes with framing mat board (optional) and backing board.

- Packed with a plastic sleeve cello bag in rigid envelope.

Shipping

Portrait will be dispatched within 7-20 working day of your order.

- Australia: Standard shipping - about 7-10 days

Express shipping - usually 1-2 days

- Overseas: International shipping - about 2-4 weeks

Pick up at the market

I will notify you by email when your portrait is completed, along with pickup details and the market's time and location.
